Getting Started

To get started, you will need to do three things.

First, you will need to let us know you're interested. You can do that by emailing us, by  filling out the questionnaire below, by calling us at any of the numbers on this page, or by asking us to call you. No obligation and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. To know what time it is in Guam, Click here.  

Second, you will need to speak to our attorney. He will ask you questions about your marriage, children and property. This information is needed to enable us to complete a thorough, professional end to your marriage. We can also discuss whether you want us to assist you with travel accommodations.

Finally, should you decide to retain us to assist you, you will need to arrange for payment. For information on  how to make payment, click here.

DISCLAIMER. A divorce is a legal proceeding before the court of Guam. The final decision will be up to the judge that is assigned to your case. As attorneys, we are not permitted to guarantee the outcome of any court proceeding. However, if you fully follow our instructions, and we cannot obtain a divorce for you, we will refund any fees you paid to us.   Otherwise, all fees are non refundable once we begin drafting documents for you.
